Cliq.de is Germany's first all-in-one streaming platform combining five content verticals - movies, series, music, audiobooks, sports, and games, released in 2022.
The platform was loosing subscribers so our objetive was to improve the engagement with the user
Thanks to marketing metrics, we noticed that users spent a lot of time choosing what to choose instead of consuming. They spent a big quantity of amount in the menus.
We created an interview to know about the habits of consuming, times, preferences, devices used... 3 online interviews were carried to subscribers.
Users felt overwhelmed by the amount of content displayed.
This selection process tired them, making them abandon them sooner the platform

We designed a wireframe, once it was approved we jumped into the High Fidelity design
